Tuesday, November 14, started out like any other day except that Josh accidentally slept in. The boys woke up at 6, we played, read some books and sat down for breakfast around 8. As soon as I poured my milk, my water broke. I ran in to tell Josh (he was showering) and we made a master plan for the day. He called his rotation site and told them he wouldn't be making it in. The boys spent the day at Bev's house, and Jamie made the spontaneous, yet not surprising, flight down to help us out. The day went by without a hitch, except for the two epidurals and delayed flight.
Baby boy was born that night at 5:03, weighing in at 8 pounds 3 ounces with a head full of dark brown hair. It took us a full day to decide on a name, but little Oliver Joel is loved and we are so excited to have him here!

We love our sweet boys. |

So squishy and kissable! |
Grandma got into town just two days later
and read more Star Wars books than she could have possibly
imagined. The boys were sad to see her go! Thanks
for the help, mom! |

Park day with Grandma and an
outing with mom. |

Nice track, Benji! |

Oh, hey there! |
They come so small! |
Bathtime for Ollie-Bear! |
His hair is wild after a bath! |
And it wakes him right up! |
We love Grandma! |
Hello Oliver! |
Reading books to their favorite little brother. |
Sleepy snuggles are the best. |
Soaking it all up! |
Trying to find a new rhythm. Three kids takes some adjustment! |
Such little wrinkly little toes. |
It is obvious that Oliver has become the center of our world but none of us are complaining. Although, I have gotten asked a time or two why he eats so much...but we are loving our new little world and the joy that Ollie has brought to it
