Murphy Memories

August means one month closer to cooler weather.

We are having so much fun playing and August has brought a lot of fun memories along with it. August is still insanely hot here in Arizona but it also means that we just have one more month left until it starts to cool off and it also means a lot of rain. We love Monsoon season here in Arizona and this month has been full of fun rainstorms. August has been good to us!
We love Monsoon season!
Our daily routine of lining
up the cars starts before
we can even change diapers.

Air conditioning and a train set,
it doesn't get much better than this.

We love Barnes and Noble!

We love the big pool!

Feeding the ducks with Daddy. It was a
great Family Home Evening.

Josh is incredible at maneuvering
the car. I married a patient
determined man, that's for sure.

Another trip to the aquarium.

It never gets old!

Air conditioning and books, our favorite things.
We love a good trip to the library!

Thunder cake for breakfast because why wouldn't we when
it is pouring rain outside and the thunder is shaking
the windows?!
Donuts for breakfast before a full day at the park.

The best part about the train park is the air conditioned
building. The boys LOVE the model trains.
Speechless. We love trains.
I love my boys and they love the trains.
A perfect Saturday for us all. Except it would have
been better with Joshy there, of course.
We love Merry-go-rounds!

The big boy bed transition has
gone smoother than anticipated.
But finding little Milo on the
floor didn't come as too big of
a surprise.

The boys love their big boy beds and it makes me a little
upset that they look so old sleeping in them.
Family home evening
at the Mesa temple.
You can't tell from the picture, but it was quite an eventful night on the
temple grounds. Milo face-planted into the fountain trying to reach
the water and got a nasty bruise on his forehead and Benji fell
completely into the fountain as we were walking around the edge.
Quite the pair, these two.
Right before the fall.
Minutes after the face-plant.
And because we never take
pictures anymore, here
is one of us for the books.

These two make my job pretty easy. I am SO blessed.
